Zip Your Lips and Read Poster

Do you use Silent Reading Time in the classroom? I have a small space in my classroom where I can have a classroom library. There are 2 beanbags and a couple shelves of books that students are able to check out to read. I also have baskets full of books that are set in themes. The baskets make it easy for students to grab and also replace easily. I have a Free Reading Poster with the acronym, ZYLAR (Zip Your Lips And Read). Hang this in your reading corner.
